why does your stars manager require read/write permissions to my reps?

Hi, @gn0st1c!

It is because I had the idea of allowing the user to star private repos also. And Github at that time did not have separate permissions for read and write, only one for both.

Besides that, I heard from an user that this extension was broken somehow, and I did not get the time to have a look at that. 😢

Looking forward it to be fixed in the near future, it is maybe the most seamless one for tagging starred repos.
