Deb package - small matter 1

The instructions are not clear whether WDSP needs to be built for users of the deb package. It appears there is an overlap, because to install using checkinstall, dpkg complains about the library libwdsp.so being duplicated. I used --force-overwrite to install.

dpkg: error processing archive linhpsdr.deb (--install):
trying to overwrite '/usr/local/lib/libwdsp.so', which is also in package wdsp 20180611-1
dpkg-deb: error: paste subprocess was killed by signal (Broken pipe)
Errors were encountered while processing:
linhpsdr.deb

$ sudo dpkg -i --force-overwrite linhpsdr.deb

The Debian package includes libwdsp.so. I will update README.md
