notagplayer has one useful feature is to generate multiple playlist with folder/searching or by hand.
We can export playlist in notagplayer to .m3u file in order to re-use in bb10 native media player.
BTW: bb10 native media player can't generate playlist (.m3u) with folder.

we can add load/save action to the playlist context menu

OK, I have tested the feature and it works.
So, I will refine and submit the change to you later.
