Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When fetching from Twitter from account that is not the original artist wrong artist tag is added

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a checkbox to let user specify if it's artist or not. It could look like this:
image
or maybe like this as this is not a big button, only the actual checkbox is:
image

When it is unchecked then artist tag is not automatically added and if it would be checked by default then the default behavior stays just as it is right now (always automatically added from Twitter)

I don't know how feasible would that be but it would be nice if that "Artist" checkbox appeared only when url from a website for which Furbooru supports auto adding artist tags is provided and not for others.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Manually deleting the wrong artist tag is the current way - but I personally sometimes forget to delete it and the image ends up with a wrong artist tag. That checkbox just beside "Fetch" would be harder to miss ;)

If you do this, please make it on the right side of the fetch button. You would ruin peoples flow by changing the UI locations of fetch as it exists.
