Help understanding the limits of this

Hey! I have this installed in Home Assistant and it works great for the main task I wanted it to do: switch camera and home base modes through HA automations.

Now, I'd love to replace the Eufy app notifications by allowing HA and Google AI to work on it. Because Eufy AI is just horrible and keeps notifying me about people in my living room when the only thing there are Christmas lights.

So, I've tried the camera snapshot method and didn't work. I've also tried the generate_image method which also didn't work.

Is there a way for me to grab a frame of a camera (indoor and outdoors) from time to time just so that I can feed it to Google AI (needs a file path) so that it translates for me what's happening?
