com.intellij.openapi.components.ApplicationComponent has been deprecated. Modify logic to not use ApplicationComponent

Official IntelliJ docs suggest using ApplicationComponent for registering menu seem to be outdated.

Upsource file suggests some alternatives.

This would require the contributor to dig into the docs to find an alternative to registering menus dynamically without using ApplicationComponent
