Update example.build.config and add resource example folder

I couldn't manage to build the ANE with mac.
Could you please update the example.build.config and also it would be nice, if you add example folder with the right assets for notification icons etc...
Also adding functionality to build without providing resources (icons, etc...) would be very useful.
