As a LAOS stakeholder, I want the developers that arrive at our main repos to be referred to the whitepaper, so that they are in a better position to understand the purpose of the code.

ACCEPTANCE:

  • README files in ownership, evolution and bridge repos link to the whitepaper
  • any old template text in the REAME files is removed
