Reserve "LAOS" token name in Chainlist/ChainId

As a LAOS stakeholder I want "LAOS" to be registered associated to the LAOS parachain, in Chainlist/ChainId so that the community sees LAOS as any other major token & chain, and so that they can add the network to MMask by clicking in those sites.

ACCEPTANCE:

• I can go to https://chainid.network/ and find LAOS parachain, I can click on "connect wallet/add chain" and MMask fills with Arrakis data
• chainID = 667
• Currency: "LAOS" (not DROP or anything like that)
