Path A: provide the correct compiled code of the contract (with the correct interface, but dummy implementation) in the required addresses. Perhaps we can then verify, and it all works.

Path B: modify blockscout so that the Verify button is always there.

etc...

ACCEPTANCE

  • I can use blockscout to createCollection in the ownership chain
  • I can use blockscout to read ownerOf in a created collection
