I recently got FreeScout working, and bought a dozen or more official modules - loving it more than Help Scout!

So I tried using the HostetskiGPT OpenAI module, but it has some bugs and needed to be manually deactivated via the CLI, and there are many open issues, and the project seems abandoned.

I suggest that FreeScout take over this module, fork it and solve the little bugs, and add it as an official module, since AI is of such importance these days, and it would boost everyone's productivity if it were offered and working.

I would preorder this module, if you allow. There is a fork of mentioned project, but it’s buggy too.

Unfortunately there is no plans to fork this module. It will need to be forked/maintained by the community.

Disappointing to hear. I will take a look at it more and see if I or others can get it working… I have forked it here:

if others want to help, I will happily review pull requests. I am not a Laravel dev so it may take me some time and effort to figure out.

So i'm not using this integration, but if someone wants just a quick solution to generate a response, you can do so with this:

You can add this in your browser with Greasemonkey for example and it will display two buttons above the text field:

Thanks @passatgt I will check this out. I'd love to get the module error resolved as well, thinking it must be something pretty simple.
