Reset Password email not formatted

The email you receive to restore the password comes without formatting and encoding, and the link (even copying it in full) gives error that the url does not exist, so it is unusable.

I have tested it on two different installations.

To reproduce the error, log out, and click on reset password, enter a valid email, and wait for the email you will receive.

It also happens to me with the invitation email, so I can't invite new users.

Ok, I found this issue, and I have configured SMTP and it is fine: #1670

But it would be great to know which PHP setting is the one that fails.
