Follower module improvement to delete unused DB records #2732

If a customer follow a conversation using Follower module, and if this conversation deleted, it stay followed based on the database records. Seems similiar issue like deleted Starred drafts or deleted starred conversations was earlier, but in this case only it is visible in DB as a unused record.
