This file contains a list of all possible monster encounters. Each entry has a fixed size of 36 bytes.
There are 18 “slots” where monsters can be spawned in battle. So each monster takes 2 bytes (18*2 = 36)
Position of monsters are determined by order in file.

Format

Byte Monster ID (→ MONCHAR)
Byte Unused?
Repeat 18 times for all potential monsters in encounter
