[Bugs] Unable to modify a subscriber entry from webconsole

Describe the bug

The webconsole has UI for modification of an existing subscriber. But the functionality is not working. It doesn't fetch data from the mongoDB, but just uses default data (or previously filled data on same browser session).

To Reproduce

Update existing subscriber's data.

Expected behavior

Properly update subscriber's data

• OS: Ubuntu 18.04
