I'm using the latest Analogue Pocket firmware which at this time is 1.1 [2023-05-04].

The problem happened while playing Pokemon Emerald (GBA). After creating a Save State (Memories) and loading that memory, trying to save the game using the built-in Save feature from the game's main menu will result in a .SAV file stored in Saves\gba\common\ filled with 0xFF.

I can only speculate that the issue appears to be caused by either Memories not being able to create a proper Save State or a bug caused by the procedure that loads a Saved State incorrectly.

I lost many hours of progress on that game and won't be investing in buying additional Analog products until this issue is fixed. The Glow in the Dark and Transparent editions look great though.

Got a pokemon blue save corrupted the same way on openFPGA (not a cartridge).
I do use sleep mode a lot if that helps

Same issue with Shining Soul II via OpenFPGA. Any word from Analogue on this?
