Host Javadoc

It would be nice if we could link our Javadoc to Icepick's. I believe you can just create a gh-pages branch, drop the apidocs folder in there, and then it will be available at https://frankiesardo.github.io/icepick/apidocs/

Here's an example:

This is in my todo list. But I was distracted by other experiment. Will try to get this back on top of the priority list.
