I ran Neohabitat on the latest Vice 3.7.1, r43682, x64sc.exe.

I downloaded tcpser.exe from https://github.com/go4retro/tcpser
example config: tcpser -v 25232 -p 9999 -s 38400 -l 4

Boot order, tcpser first, then Vice.

@radius75 is everything working okay for you using this method? I don't understand.

I've used the latest vice build to connect to NeoHabitat without needing tcpser. You just put the NeoHabitat server address in on the rs232 section I believe and set it to 1200 baud.

Edit: ah my bad. My phone didn't show this was a pre-existing issue . It seems to work fine now. I've been looking at upgrading the version of vice in the windows NeoHabitat installer recently so I've been testing it out.

@StuBlad I clarified the topic. I read that there is a problem with running Neohabitat on Vice. I also had problems with the operation of the CCGMS terminal and the ImageBBS server, the solution turned out to be this modified tcpser.exe, I've been using it with Vice in the AciaSwiftlink emulation for many months.
I tested it with Neohabitat and it also works in modem emulation on Userport
I shared my test results.
