hello,
I see in other issues that a quantized version is "under way".

Until then, I think it would be useful to explicitly state up front in the README,
"THis requires XYZ vram to run"

That way, peopld dont waste their time downloading 20GB of data to find out they cant even use it.

Speaking of which: does it actually require 20? or can people get away with just 16GB?

Alpha Two with a loaded image 1-Megapixel image uses about 16952MB of VRAM on Linux according to gpustat. I do not think you can get away with 16GB currently.

Larger images will require additional VRAM. I think 20GB is a reasonable number to call the minimum currently.
