The ghc server crashes with a "user interrupt" exception when running the two tests

    Using C files
      Basic functionality, recompiling Haskell modules when necessary
      C files in subdirs

consecutively, sharing a session (i.e. when --no-session-reuse is not passed). This is worrying, the main server should never be interrupted with a user intterupt. Not sure what's going on yet.

This is part of #237.

Red herring. Problem is elsewhere (#241).
