Don't hardcode pkcs11 lib to /usr/lib/libsks.so.0.0 #1

Would be nice to allow that path to be customized via cmd line arguments, and use /usr/lib/libsks.so.0.0 just as the default value.

This will be needed later on once we switch to the pkcs11 lib as part of the sks upstreaming process.
