Realizing folks in Open Collective design channels probably didn't know about the working groups we trying to set up, I put out some feelers in #open-design-discussions and #design channels. While we established there was not only interest, there was an overlapping working group in Sustain https://sustainoss.org/working-groups/design-and-ux/

Even though a couple of the folks have since joined our Contributor Group, we've yet to have followup discussions about things like centralizing collaboration in the existing Sustain working group.

With @Victorybrown now looped into those discussions, I'm hoping we can reconnect with those working group members and see how we can help support.
