Switching workspaces resets tab selection

Selection of repository tab (Commit/Changes/File Tree) is remembered when switching between repositories in a workspace. However, if you switch workspace and then switch back, the previous selected tabs are reset back to the Commit tab. Tab selections should persist for all repositories across all workspaces.

NOTE: Would also love to have the option to persist selections between application loads or be able to select the default tab on load.
