Base: Transaction layout on Account Details

Someone has some feedback about Big Dipper in TG:

Can the transaction display go back to the previous version, which is, the transaction amount was displayed upfront? Now I have to click into it one by one to verify the transaction and it is too time consuming.

The ui did not work with the layout. It's currently not a top priority, we'll discuss this in the future

This is actually quite important as from the current view, end users can't read what is happening on the accounts. From my point of view, block height and hash are not very useful. Instead, the most important context would be what an account has done at a certain time. Even if we are not updating the whole UI to the original design, we should gradually update the information which give better context.
