Responsive tabs

Description

Tabs have to be responsive on diffrent desktops when there are lots of tabs on screen.
Screen and fiddle can help you to understand what I mean

Responsive Tabular menu possible using the new wrapping variant added by #2682
It's not the proposed solution in your gif though as this would require additional javascript logic and is a quite special concept
