Some were seeing empty lists because they had changed some of the top-level filters, specifically OnlyFaceOverrides and ShowSinglePluginOverrides. These should also be reset to their default values when activating a force-filtered view.

It might also be necessary to remove the "Modded" filter, which is on by default but seemed to be excluding the relevant records in one instance.
