Describe the issue

Command pyflyte have not implemented endpoit, auth and secure parameters with run subcommand.

What if we do not do this?

Pyflyte run will only run this values using a config file.

Hey guys,
I can work on this if nobody has taken it up already. If I am not mistaken, it is to pass the parameters in the config file as options when executing the run command?

@MinuraPunchihewa, as per my understanding, the specified parameters can only be sent to the command via a config file today, and this issue has been created to support sending them in the pyflyte run command.
