[Core feature] flytekit-java does not support generating node ID

Motivation: Why do you think this is important?

Today when building a workflow using flytekit-java, one needs to manually specify a node ID. While this is usually fine for simple workflows, for big workflows or generated ones it is a headache to carefully choose node IDs to avoid conflict.

Goal: What should the final outcome look like, ideally?

flytekit-java should support generating node IDs automatically.
