Emergency Stop shows over vertical navigation drawer on small screen phones

What happened

We currently show a floating Emergency Stop button on small screens, but when the screen is really small, the button can make it impossible to use the bottom of the navigation bar.

What did you expect to happen

Allow scrolling the navigation bar above the Emergency Stop button top.

How to reproduce

• Open Fluidd on the desktop browser
• Make the window height smaller than the options shown on the navigation bar
• Make the window width small enough to force the floating Emergency Stop button to show
• Open the navigation bar and scroll down to the bottom options
