Just a small input while crawling the web.

This could help create flow typedefs by existing typescript type defs.
So possible options could be:

Just write this in the readme so people can create faster a flow typedef.
Maybe the flow-typed cli could look after typescript defs and try to create flow typedefs out from it instead just create "any" stubs. This could be optional.
