Hi,

Here the command I typed :

$ vtt-shift Joel_Encouragement.en.vtt --offsetMs=-500 --out=Joel_Encouragement.SHIFTED.en.vtt

Here's my input file : Joel_Encouragement.en.vtt

Here's the generated output file : Joel_Encouragement.SHIFTED.en.vtt

I get many Invalid date errors inside output vtt file :

$ grep Invalid.date Joel_Encouragement.SHIFTED.en.vtt

I have a similar issue:

I was trying to shift the time stamps on an hour and a half video (the video had a 13 second copy right notice added to the start and I needed to shift all the VTT timing by 13 seconds).

For the first 4 minutes it works, then the Invalid dates start appearing. From 8 minutes to 59 minutes all time stamps are "Invalid Date" ... but then from the one hour mark it starts working again.

For my issue, it ended up being HH:mm:ss.MMM verse mm:ss.MMM ... I created a pull request with a check between the two different input formats: #2
