[RFE] Notification when new version arrives

Hi,

It would be nice to have a possibility to be notified if a new version arrives to a stream. For example if there is a release on stable, to be notified via email, teams, ntfy.sh etc.

For Flatcar, we usually notify users with RSS feed + X / Mastodon posts + mail. I guess you would like to have this in a case where you self host your Nebraska instance?

Actually I didn't realize the RSS feeds exists. I can add it to Teams for use a different way. Thanks
