Where is the menu when taking a screenshot?

Description

Where is the menu bar when taking a screenshot? I've touched every option in config, but I get only this when launching flameshot:

Steps to reproduce

1. install flameshot trough the software center
2. run flameshot trought terminal: flameshot gui
3. try to take a screenshot
4. menu does not appear.

Gnome41 introduced a change that requires users to 'Share' their screen every time a user takes a screenshot. This is NOT something that can be fixed or changed within flameshot. There is an agreed upon fix in the xdg-desktop-portal code but someone needs to do the work.
