Added Website Build Using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

I have added a new website build using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance the functionality and appearance of the project. This includes:

Implemented responsive design for better usability across devices.
Integrated interactive features using JavaScript to enhance user experience.
Styled the website using CSS to improve visual appeal and user interface.
