I can confirm this same issue - NASTY experience for users :(
"filestack-js": "^3.23.2"
"@filestack/angular": "^1.3.0"
Angular 13

iOS Safari works, but if it was Added to Homescreen (Standalone PWA) then the user clicks "Add" and NOTHING happens. i've left it sit for a few minutes and sometimes it will progress to the list of Uploads, where you can click "Upload" to start... but usually nothing.

i've tested it with 1 video file, or multiple, same result. I think I saw once that when i closed the Safari browser and re-opened it the Uploads list did show. weird.
...will add to this thread if i find anything, open to any suggestions on how to resolve!

Hmm. Could my issue be related to HEIC files? #569
