Description

As the title describes. It occurs only when the theme is light and the cursor is hovered over the header for the first time after opening a tab.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Set the theme to light.
  2. Open a new tab.
  3. Open a folder with the details layout.
  4. Hover over the header.
  5. The header blinks only once.

Requirements

Prevent blinking.
