Instead of having separate markdown files explaining how to do one task, unify them into one runbook, either as README at root of this repo or wiki.

My vote would be for a single README at root of this repo.

@rjan90 here is the runbook I wrote for IPNI a while back if it's useful as a structural guide in any way
