The INTEGRATION.md doc should be reorganized to describe different architectures/configurations as a whole.

Problem: Each functionality says how to do it with the CLI, then how to do it with the API.

Instead, it should be sorted into topics like:

How to do everything with the CLI
How to do everything with the API
Using the daemon to manage wallets
Managing wallets separately from the daemon
Using xpub wallets
