Adding RTSP support and accessing to each frames | Adding feature

Is capturing frames supported from sources such as RTSP or HTTP in this plugin? It seems not.
I wanted something like the following code in flutter:

vcap = cv.VideoCapture("rtsp://192.168.1.2:8080/out.h264")
while(1):
    ret, frame = vcap.read()
    cv.imshow('VIDEO', frame)
    cv.waitKey(1)

I wanted to access each frame and process them separately.
