Describe the bug
When doing a cropper.rotateTo we should rotate around the center of the cropbox. At least we should be allowed to give coordinates as for cropper.zoomTo method.

Describe the bug
Rotating an image move the cropbox in a place that is not intended.

Expected behavior
Rotating the image should occur on current cropbox center coordinates.
