Update to european winter time ?

Hello,

Yesterday night we changed from summer to winter time : CEST ( UTC+2 ) to CET ( UTC+1) .

Did it got updated in the agenda ?
It seems we arrived an hour late to the meeting.

I may have gotten the times in the agenda doc wrong; it's always better to follow the W3C calendar, which handles the conversions automatically rather than manually. That said, we're looking for a new time that will pin to a specific UTC slot. See the email to the public fedidcg mailing list.
