I am assuming, by the title, what you are doing is to shift audio of the playback so it synchronizes with the video.

If so have you tried opening 2 windows and using the second as the audio and play them at the same time.

If not, I am wrong and you can close this issue.

Nope it only allows to play the same YouTube video syncing the player progress and status (playing/paused) in different browser/tabs. It is useful if you want to watch a video with a friend and you don't want manually sync it.
