Components of an index
 - Mappings and Settings
 
Step 1) Before creating an index, make sure it does not exist.

Step 2) Create the "business" index, with type "building" and its first document 110

Step 7) If you try to add a new document with a different type, you will get an error.
Solution: create a new index for your new document.

Step 8) Create a new document on "contracts" index

Step 9) Click on Kibana's Discover tab and it will list the 3 indexes you created.

Step 10) use the "/_search" endpoint to list all documents in the index
