Prerequisites

I have written a descriptive issue title
I have searched existing issues to ensure the feature has not already been requested

🚀 Feature Proposal

Give this raw script to check if a member of an org contributed in the last 2 years:

I would create a scheduled job here to run it and report it by opening an issue.

That job could be improved by:

filter out members in the emeritus team (the list was not cleaned)
point out "external collaborators" and the related repository

Motivation

Keep the org safe from stale accounts.
