After a discussion with the friendly ppl at https://community.greenbone.net/.
I have decided to redo all versioning of the images.

I had totally misunderstood the release numbering and tags.

I think it will be something like until the next major release upstream.

  • stable » When the latest image has been stable for some time, it merges to this branch. This is the proposed prod branch
  • latest » Latest update to the upstream release 10.0 releasetree.
  • dev » Upstream master, to test new functions and prepare for next major release.

Thoughts about this?
