use of deepmask with FCN data (segmentation)

I have two folder a folder images (format .jpg) and a folder segmentation (format .png) with 3 classes: 0,1,2
Each image .jpg have a mask .png (like FCN network)
How can I train a deepmask segmentation model

you cant use mask image to train deepmask model. For that you have to convert the mask to JSON file according to COCO format http://mscoco.org/dataset/#overview
