Our TypeScript is failing because Relay is attempting to import types without a type specifier, i.e.

import { FragmentRefs } from "relay-runtime";

This should be:

import { type FragmentRefs } from "relay-runtime";

There should be either the default or there needs to be an option for this in the relay compiler
