Steps To Reproduce

• Open this snack: https://snack.expo.io/BkVU-yQer
• Click on RUN
• Scan the QR code with your android device in Expo app
• You are going to see some really ugly borders

Describe what you expected to happen:
Borders should have been antialiased.

This seems to be a regression of:

• Android: Border radius renders in a blurred / choppy way in 0.51.0 #17267
• View borderRadius antiAliasing android #17804
