Cannot assign to a require(...) alias, Tokenizer (React Native 0.56.0)

Description

I update my project to React Native 0.56.0 along with Babel 7 but I'm having troubles with the tests in jest, initially reviewed the possible cases of the problem in this related issue #19859 but looks like is another one.
