Update all legacy url to jestjs.io (#6622)

## Summary

Since the move to jestjs.io and removal of `/jest/` baseUrl, we should update all the url accordingly as well

1. Fix #6620 
2. replace all the legacy `/jest/` linking to `/`
3. Update https://facebook.github.io/jest/ to https://jestjs.io/
